Teresa O'Brien

I was born and raised in northwest Randolph County on a cattle and row crop farm that my family still operates and where I reside with my husband and kiddos. I have a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. I worked for many years buying agricultural and pet products for a local farm store chain supplying product to over 170 stores before I made the move to real estate. Years of spending someone else's money so to speak prepared me to ensure you're getting "a good deal" and to keep your financial interests as my top priority.

I have helped buy and sell both residential and commercial properties as well as vacant land. All have somewhat different quirks in the buying and selling process however in every transaction my top priority is to get my customer the best deal and to ensure they walk away from the transaction singing my praises - because you have to remember referrals are my bread and butter!



I very much enjoy being a realtor because I enjoy the process of getting to know my clients. Creating relationships is the best part of the job in my opinion. Sure it's sometimes exciting to look at beautiful homes but it's the connections that I look back on. I love mid-Missouri. I love being from a small town and knowing all my neighbors. I love running into past buyers in the grocery store and asking if they ever got that deck built they were dreaming about or how that paint color they planned for their new living room worked out.
